Bump to Bundle Nutrition is a Sydney-based nutrition and dietetics practice helping women to enhance their fertility, grow a healthy baby and thrive postpartum with a holistic approach.

My mission is to educate and inspire women wanting to fall pregnant to nourish their bodies holistically — considering not only the food they eat but also how they live, connect with nature, and care for their overall well-being. Through personalised consultations, I guide women on their journey to become the healthiest versions of themselves, challenging outdated information and providing practical tools that help them with sustainable change. The female body is incredible, we just need to give it the raw materials it needs to thrive.

I’m Niki, the face behind Bump to Bundle Nutrition

I’m Australia’s first dietitian to become a Specialist in Prenatal Nutrition (SPN) and complete the highly competitive prenatal training through the Institute for Prenatal Nutrition under Lily Nichols RDN.

As a mum to young children, I understand the importance of wanting to create the best start for your children. Advancements in science and technology means we have access to some incredible data around what is optimal in pregnancy, however, this information is yet to become mainstream - with many well meaning professionals still recommending very outdated nutrition information. We deserve better than that.

My point of difference? Combining the latest scientific research with ancestral wisdom whilst also allowing you to be in the driver’s seat of what approach is actually working for you - because your intuition/gut feeling is your greatest asset in pregnancy - and in life.
